 Plant in a fast draining cacti soil. Water when dry. Be sure to use a pot that has drainage holes. Water deeply allowing water to flow through base of pot. Do not allow to stand in water.

I do not ship plants in pots. I find it is easier on the plant as well as saves money on shipping costs.
