Does have some surface scuffs, scrapes, and scratches. The screen has some scratches and a couple of dings. The game is Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters and movie is Spider-man 2. The UMD discs are in acceptable condition. Both has very heavy scratches on the shell and the Ratchet & Clank game the shell is cracked. Does not include memory card. Comes exactly as pictured.
