I took a chance and spent more for these headphones than I normally would but I can say they are totally worth it! You can taylor sounds to you, there are many options to choose from. . They were comfortable all though a 2+ hour movie, but it was the sound that got me. The dialog was clear even while thing were blowing up everywhere. I was not overly impressed by the surround sound feature but the unenhanced sound was so good it didn't matter. Worth the price and then some. 

Recently upgraded to a surround sound setup which is good but still can’t beat over ear headphones letting these go so the family can watch with me.
