Nothing is wrong with them I have had them for about 8 months it's just my girls birthday this week and I have been dealing with medical issues and would rather her have a good birthday than have a bangin pair of headphones. If you have any questions feel free to ask and the headphones come with a case and charging type C cord all very clean and the ear pads were just replaced with brand new ones.
