This beautiful vintage earthenware  cookie treat canister jar is stunning and a rare find!

Use this beauty for display or storage. Either way it is a winner!

The piece is glazed an ivory color and features a blue onion design filling one side. The lid is glazed in blue matching the pattern. 

It holds 12 Cups/3 Quarts!

This piece is in incredibly wonderful, vintage preowned condition! The former owner did put a piece of green felt on the base, so Im unable to see if there is a makers mark. 

I only find two very small chips on the rim. Please see the last photo. Otherwise, there are no cracks or crazing. Its clean inside and out. The lid fits loosely so it is not airtight.
