I can't say enough good things about this top. It looks like something you'd find at Anthropologie today, only much better quality. The machine-embroidered flowers have a very specific look that can't be replicated today, and they add a lot of charm and dimension to tunic-like garment. 

Condition: 9.5/10. One tiny stain on the back; see photo.

Blue and white floral print throughout. Mandarin collar with white detail with white patterned rouleau button loops down front to adjust neckline. Short sleeves and tunic length. Slits on each side on bottom. 

Unsure of year - could be vintage based on tag design but I cannot say for sure!
