This is a fabulous set consisting of a large 1960s vintage Marx pressed tin dollhouse with very colorful lithograph decorations. The house is a two-story home with six rooms, and the set includes a large collection (over 50 pieces) people and furniture for the house. Furniture includes many pieces for the living room, dining room, patio, bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. The drawers even pull out of the dressers, the round table features a working tilt top and the dining room table has a removeable leaf. This one’s better than the rest because it includes awnings over the 2nd floor windows and outdoor patio.  Even includes a family of four.

I am the original owner, so I can vouch for the authenticity of this great find. Great for play or highly collectible.

It measures 25”w x 8”d x 14”t (plus 2” for the chimney)
