Prefer bright, direct sunlight. Sparing watering. Tips of leaves gradually turn red/pink color depending on light exposure. Allow to dry out in between watering, The jade plant is unique to other succulents in that it has woody stems and a thick, woody trunk that gives it a tree-like appearance as it matures.

Sterling Silver scindapsus is an easy to grow houseplant. with its thick,dark green foliage that bears an elegant silvery sheen on top. Avoid over watering. Never let it sit in soggy soil or leca as this can cause its leaves to drop or root rot. keep it moist by misting it often with water and to prevent mineral deposits on its leaves.  This comes in 4x5 glass jar with leca. It's your option to transfer to soil.

Hoya 'Bright One' is a pubicalyx cultivar hybridized by Genieve McDonald of what is now Koko Ranch Hoyas. The dark green leaves are flecked with silver and shorter and wider than species pubicalyx. Bright One is a prolific bloomer, producing bright burgundy-pink blooms.

Pubicalyx 'Bright One' is easy to grow, preferring filtered sunlight and light watering - moist, never soaking wet (think rain forest habitat). It is happy spending time outside in a shady spot where temperatures don't get much below 60 degrees. Hoya plants are not frost tolerant.
