Product Description:

    Utilizing a traditional method, this steam pot is placed in a bath of boiling water, where the steam rises up the chimney and condenses within the vessel.
    Crafted from hard-fired, unglazed clay, this pot features a unique funnel-shaped interior chimney that allows for proper steam circulation.
    No added fats, oils, or liquids are required, as foods slow-cook in their own juices, resulting in deeply flavorful dishes.
    Lean cuts of meat and poultry remain juicy and tender, while seafood cooks beautifully without fuss, all within this 2-quart capacity pot.
    With dimensions of 10" wide (including handles) and 5.5" tall with the lid, this steam pot offers a versatile and healthy cooking solution.

Condition:

    In overall good used condition, with stains and evidence of previous use, but no cracks. Despite cosmetic imperfections, the pot remains functional.

Joyce Chen Bamboo STEAMER. 
The joyce Chen steamer has been hand-crafted so that no two are exactly alike.
This STEAMER absorbs moisture and prevents condensation from dripping on the food. 
The absorption of steam creates a hot container so the food  cooks quickly. 
Food will stay warm for approximately 30 minutes. 
You can place food in heat-proof bowl or plate (make sure it is small enough to allow steam to freely circulate) in the bamboo STEAMER tray and cover with lid.
You must place the STEAMER in a large work or pan with just enough water so that the bottom rim of the STEAMER tray rest in water. 
Steam over medium high  or high heat for time indicated in the recipe. 
Product includes 3 pcs.
One lid (traps steam for even cooking) 
   Two tiers (to prepare multiple dishes at once if you want) and  manual.
Measurements approximations:
10" diameter × 6 h.
inside diameter: 9"
1 1/2" deep each tier.
New WOT tags and package.
However the Bamboo on bottom tier shows some discoloration.
