I acquired this porcelin Princess Diana doll from my mother in law after she unexpectedly passed away (I'm trying to help my father in law sell some of her things.) This doll is from the Franklin Mint's commemorative series "Diana, Princess of Wales - Porcelain Portrait Dolls." It stands 16 inches tall. It has never been taken out of the packaging.  I believe it's just always been in the attic or in a closet since my mother in law purchased it.  Princess Diana is wearing a gorgeous black evening dress with a shimmering top with rhinestones. There are 2 accessories: a tiara and then a necklace with what looks like a diamond ring.  There is also a stand included.  

I was told by an estate planner these dolls came out years ago and originally cost over $200. Apparently there were different Diana dolls made and even separate outfits you could purchase. These dolls have since become extremely collectible.  This would make a great Christmas present!

This doll is a 1992 Collectors Edition 13.5” Franklin Mint Heirloom Dolls recreation of the classic Julie Andrews as Mary Poppins from the “Jolly Holiday” movie sequence, authenticated and officially authorized by The Walt Disney Company. She is delicately sculpted of fine hand-painted porcelain and authentically dressed in shimmering white satin, with designed white tulle and red satin bows. She has painted eyes, porcelain shoes, and a. She comes with her original Franklin Heirloom stand. She has 1/2 legs, 3/4 arms, and head/neck/shoulders all porcelain with the rest firm fabric. The porcelain portion of her back has “Collectors Edition” titled in black with Disney Co copyright and FHD 1992 copyright stamped in the porcelain right below it.

She has been stored since day 1 and is in mint condition. SMOKE-FREE home 

She will be shipped to you labeled fragile and packed very well to avoid damage.
