Waist is 16” plus a lot of stretch, inseam 19” in front, there’s an extra 8” in back, it’s a high-low hemline. Has front pockets. 100% rayon. Purchased new from a local boutique, worn twice. They’re very comfortable and look good on. Unique and cute!
