A lovely Cottage Style First Edition period Impressionist full-color lithograph of painting "The Berlioz House and the Hunting Lodge of Henri IV" (circa 1917) by French artist Maurice Utrillo (1883-1955). Comes from a First Limited Edition art folio published in the 1950s. This is a tipped in plate measuring 10.25 x 7.5 inches on a page measuring 14 x 10.25 inches.

Here's a charming watercolor print of a thatched English cottage, gardens, a lake, and beautiful Japanese Iris on the shore of the lake in the foreground. It's a calming and delightfully idyllic scene and the perfect accent to your cottage, country, or Victorian decor.

It's a larger oval piece in a faux gold frame. The overall measurements are 22" tall x 18" wide x 2" deep. It has a series of colored mats and the artwork itself measures 14-3/8" tall x 10-5/8" wide. It is stamped Syroco, 1985.
