What can you believe this. I found this in original box with the Birth Certificate inside!! I also have  the Original Cabbage Patch Preemie from 83 for sale too be sure to check it out as well. 
Looks to be tape around the edge of the plastic on the front I believe so the plastic wouldn’t come loose. 
Box is in good condition and the Koosas is in excellent condition. 
Get them both and have the collection people always want.
