The BAD: Purchased secondhand, worn only once and then stored, the elasticity has been lost on the bust and arms where the dress is smocked. Basically there’s no “snap” back of the elastic. I absolutely hate to give this dress up, but it’s too big for me without the proper smocking and I’m not sure how to go about fixing it. The dress is labeled as a size M, but due to the loss of elasticity in the bust and arms, it will best fit an XL, possibly 2XL. There is some unraveling/ripping on the bottom and sleeve hems.
