 Includes mounting hardware,brass fixture, and 91  very sparkly acrylic crystals. I assembled it to get a picture, since the picture on the box was faded.Was easy and super quick! 
This fixture is intended for indoor / dry conditions. Sits flush on the ceiling so great option if you have low ceilings I've added pics of one just like it, that I sold to a friend. We diy painted theirs with a chrome silver spray paint, which came out amazing, so sparkly!

 

. Has been in storage, never used but the box has seen better days. Fixture is in excellent shape and I will ship with great care.
