Just as the title says. This is the 2005 Holiday Barbie whose dress was designed by Bob Mackie, an American fashion designer who's dressed the likes of Cher, Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball, Miley Cyrus, Oprah Winfrey, and many other entertainment icons. Holiday Barbie's dress definitely exudes Hollywood glitz and glamor! She's been stored in a garage, so there might be some wear and tear on her box, but the box itself has never been opened, and she's never been removed from the box or played with. I'm happy to provide additional photos upon request!

This special doll is the first holiday doll to ever be created by Bob Mackie. For over a decade, Barbie has celebrated each holiday season with a Special Edition doll commemorating the year. This Holiday doll is embellished with glittery sparkles with tulle, sparkle organza and burgundy satin under-layers accented with a burgundy sash. Beautiful emerald and crystal colored jewelry complete her ensemble.

Bob Mackie is a famous American fashion designer and costumier. He has received 9 Primetime Emmy Awards, a tony Award, and in April 2023, he was awarded with the inaugural Giving Us Life-Time Achievment Award. Doll is mint! Box is in overall good condition with some minor signs of wear. There is price tag residue on upper right corner (see pic) which appears much darker in the picture than in person and some creasing on the back (see pic) but if displayed will not be noticed. Other than this the plastic display area is clear, some other tiny creases exist here and there from normal shelf wear, and a small area on the inside of the "e" on her name appears to have worn away (see pic).

She's GORGEOUS! Such an incredible collector Barbie doll.
