Atlantic Mold Ceramic Handpainted Vintage Rooster Cookie Jar, from the late 1980s.

Pre-Owned/used, but in very good condition!

Stands between 8 & 9" in height. And is about 6" in width.

Free standing.

The tail is a handle, for the lid.

No cracks or breaks on jar.

Beautiful hand painted Atlantic Mold Rooster.


This is a one of a kind painted by my talented grandmother! She had SO many chickens in her ceramic shop and this on was in her kitchen since before I could remember…at least since the late 80s. It was on top of her 3 fridges within that time frame! :)


Full disclosure: there was grease on it from her yummy southern cooking. I have cleaned it and packed it up but my mom said it could have a nice soapy dawn bath and would not hurt the paint. I didn’t do this but did do a good wipe down with a damp cloth.


However, despite that, it is in perfect condition! No chips or cracks! This is a two piece item and could be used for a cookie jar or for kitchen nick nacks.


I hope the purchaser enjoys this piece I have seen since my childhood and a wonderful memory of my late grandmother. “California born but Georgia grown” as she would say!

Vintage Atlantic ceramic pottery mold Christmas angel tree topper or Nativity angel. Glazed white, sky blue and gold to appear rustic.  In good condition. The edge of her hair down her back and the tip of one wing might have chipped off but I’m not sure if this is just part of the design or glazing. Vintage Atlantic mold set of angels

The one of the left in white and blue is 9.25" tall and weighs 1.2 lbs she has some black marks on her side and back, these may be easily removed with a little effort that I just don't have time to work on. She has no chips, cracks or repairs.
The one on the right in red and gold is 9" tall and weighs  .9 lb and she also has a nice size chip on her shoulder (ha,ha) see last photo with the blue circle on it.
They are both signed on the bottom with AMC which I would imagine stands for Atlantic Mold Company, and they are both hand painted. 
Willing to separate if requested. 
Combined shipping weight is 2.1 lbs
