Knee-Length Dresses

Vintage 80's size Small little red dress! I thought it would be sooo cute for the holidays. Has sparkle lined threads throughout and a swissdot like texture. Short sleeve. Has a layer up top with scalloped edges. Braided detail around neckline with a flower and tassels on the sides. Back zipper. Lined. True, vibrant red. Has a small hole in the skirt in the front. I hadn't seen it till I laid it on the ground. Not very noticeable as it gets lost in the folds. A seamstress might be able to mend it. Ask me if you wanted mine to do it for extra. Otherwise wonderful! Happy to answer any questions :)

Measurements:

Pit to pit - 16 inches across. 
Waist - 11 inches across. Is elastic. Easily stretches to 15 inches across. 
Hips - 19 1/2 inches across (slip). 
Length of shoulder to hem - 38 1/2 inches.

I'm 5'7" and a juniors XS. A little too roomy on me ♡

Gorgeous vintage condition from the late 1960’s. Very similar to the red see-through pants suit that Daniella Pick wore in the 1969 period movie “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” by her husband, Quentin Tarantino. Burgundy red color. Pretty scalloped details on high neckline and sleeves. No stains or rips. Excellent condition. Shoulder 13.5”; length 37”; waist 13”; bust 15”; sleeves 22”. Because it’s knit it has some stretch. No label. This is chic late 1960’s Americana at its best. Very rare.

From 1962

Womens Claude Riviere Dress. Sleeveless dress with dart fitted bodice and three-gore bell shaped skirt. Skirt is lined with marquisette and is gathered in waistline seam. Scalloped lower edge is faced and stitched to double band of contrasting fabric. Pockets in skirt side seams, center back zipper closing.

Cut but one size. Missing piece 16 which is the skirt lining (there is two pieces)

Vintage 1960s McCalls 6672 Sewing Pattern Sz XS Claude Riviere Fit & Flare Dress

True vintage 1930's 30's XS/S bright retro plaid peplum puff sleeve dress!! So fun! Bright bubblegum pink, red, black, white and neon yellow plaid checkered print. Peplum waist with ruffles. Short puff sleeves also have ruffles at the ends. Ruffles are trimmed in bright red scalloped ribbon. Side snaps. Back ties. Full skirt. High diamond shaped neckline that snaps and ties. Beautiful piece. Only missing 1 snap side in the row. Otherwise this one is in incredible shape for it's age. Has had a soak and a press. In the box I found news papers dating 1938 and books dating 1931. I believe this particular dress is from a juniors line since it fits me perfectly. It is a pullover dress. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
