Is this feature available on both the app and website?Imported listings from other platforms are supported on desktop browsers only. The feature is currently not available on app.
What happens after I import my listings?Imported items are put into your drafts and will need to be activated prior to becoming listings on Mercari. If an imported listing doesn’t have all the required information to post, it will be put into the “Action Required” section of your drafts.
How long does the import process take?Processing time can vary depending on how many listings are being imported. Most imports should complete within a couple minutes.
If I update the original listing on eBay, Poshmark or Depop, will my Mercari listing automatically be updated?No. Once imported, the item exists separately from the original listing and it will need to be updated individually.
What happens if I try to import duplicate items?Duplicates are removed automatically during the import.
What are the minimum and maximum listing prices on Mercari?Items must be priced between $1 and $2,000. If the price value is less than $1, we will import as a draft listing with $0 and request users to fill in their information manually. Before listing, please review our Prohibited Items and Prohibited Conduct lists.
Will all of my existing listings be automatically updated to the new zero % selling fee? (add timeline)
No action is needed from the seller to update their listings to zero % selling fee as long as their listings are active.
Active listings will be automatically opted into the new zero % selling fee policy. No action is needed as Mercari will begin the process to gradually opt in listings starting March 27, 2024.
To immediately opt in your listings manually, go to: “My listing” > Select all > Deactivate > Activate. The new fee structure is applied toward your listings when you take this action.
How can I opt-in for all of my listings?
There is no “Opt-in” for zero selling fee, but go to “My listing” > Select all > Deactivate > Activate. Then your listing is as a new fee structure.
